CONTROLLER DIRECTIVES

Draw Paths: Click on an aircraft, then drag or click taxiways (dashed lines) to chart a path to its destination.
Inbound Flights (Cyan) land on the runway and must taxi to their assigned gate.
Outbound Flights (Orange) board at gates, request pushback, and must taxi to the active runway for takeoff.
Hold Position: Select a taxiing plane and press HOLD on the Selected Aircraft panel to stop it; RESUME releases it.
Takeoff Clearance: Once an outbound plane reaches the runway threshold, select it and click CLEAR TAKEOFF. You can also re-route a holding plane to another entry.
Avoid Collisions: Keep planes separated. The simulator projects all traffic, including landings, takeoffs and planes waiting on the runway, and highlights conflicts.
Weather: Rain slows taxiing. Fog hides the data tags of distant traffic.
Pause: Press P or the PAUSE button. Routes can still be drawn while paused.
